When you join our office, you receive the onboarding training and the 123 training.
 

The 123 training prepares you to dominate the first three steps for every transaction.
 

The 360 Training is an interactive training that moves step by step, from the 4th step to the after-closing step in every transaction.

 Once you are proficient with the DMPP App and our "1-2-3" method, you can unlock personalized 360 Training sessions. 

Whenever you reach a new milestone in a transaction—such as Step 5—our coordinator will contact you with two options: have our team complete the step for you, or schedule a 360 Training session to complete the step yourself under the expert guidance of our trainers. At DMPP, we believe the only way to truly learn is by doing. 

 As a Power Realtor, you are fully covered. 

Our Support Group acts as your dedicated personal assistant—offering real, human connection and expert guidance at every step. 

We provide a proven formula for success: for example, in a case where you are working with buyers, a system that lets you focus your time on pre-qualified clients ready to buy now. Show them properties that perfectly match their purchasing power, listed by a network of professional and collaborative realtors.
 

  We believe in the power of presence. By committing to a minimum office schedule of three days a week (two hours per day), you gain direct access to our expert team. 

This allows us to mentor you in real time, providing custom tips and solutions for every deal as it happens.

While Power Realtors start at a 50% split, you can MOVE UP to the Expert Realtor level and an 80% split after just three closed sales. 

Note that all Rental and Pre-Construction transactions are always set at an 80% split from day one.
